John Maxfield Elected to the Board Of Regents for the American College of Tax Counsel

DENVER (March 21, 2011) – John Maxfield has been elected to the Board of Regents for the American College of Tax Counsel (ACTC). The ACTC is a nonprofit professional association of tax lawyers in private practice, academia and in government, who are recognized for their excellence in tax practice and for their substantial contributions and commitment to the profession.

Maxfield is a partner at Holland & Hart with a practice assisting clients in the tax aspects of structuring the formation, acquisition, disposition, spin-off, operation, recapitalizations, and liquidation of businesses and corporate joint ventures that range in size from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies.
