Jim Goh Appointed to Commission on Women in Profession

DENVER (October 1, 2008) - Holland & Hart partner Jim Goh was recently appointed to the American Bar Association's Commission on Women in the Profession by ABA President H. Thomas Wells, Jr. This is the second blue-ribbon ABA presidential appointment Goh has received. From 1999 to 2003, he served on the ABA Council for Racial and Ethnic Justice.

Goh focuses on employment and education law and has been practicing at Holland & Hart since 1991. He is currently the chair of the firm’s Diversity Committee. Goh is regularly recognized as a leader among Colorado attorneys and is listed in Colorado Super Lawyers. In addition, as an attorney with the top Martindale AV rating, he is sought after frequently as a lecturer on employment and litigation issues locally and abroad.

Founded in 1987, the ABA Commission on Women in the Profession is comprised of 12 members appointed by the ABA President. Together, they work to further, monitor and advocate for the status of women in the legal profession.
