Jennifer Huntsman Receives the Utah State Bar's 2023 Paul T. Moxley Mentor Award

Holland & Hart is pleased to announce that Salt Lake City partner Jennifer Huntsman was selected for the 2023 Paul T. Moxley Mentor Award by the Utah State Bar Commission, the volunteer board that oversees the activities of the Utah State Bar.

The Paul T. Moxley Mentor Award is awarded to an individual attorney who has demonstrated exceptional commitment to the mentorship of Utah lawyers, generally. These individuals have guided lawyers throughout their professional training in a continuing, multifaceted partnership sustained by mutual respect and concern. These mentors make a broad impact on mentorship by facilitating communities or building infrastructure. They have provided intellectual leadership, created a supportive environment, have acted as advocates, and promoted diversity and inclusiveness. The Bar Commission seeks to honor the excellence of those who set a higher standard and make the Utah legal community and our society a better place.

In her practice, Jennifer provides clients with sound counsel on a broad spectrum of environmental matters across a variety of transaction types involving renewable energy projects, Brownfields redevelopment, real property acquisitions and leasing, mergers and acquisitions, and divestitures and financings. Jennifer also represents clients in complex environmental and real estate matters, including CERCLA litigation and land use disputes.

Jennifer was presented the award at the Utah State Bar Commission’s January 2023 meeting.
