Holland & Hart attorney Jeff Pope has been elected to serve as a member of the Cheyenne LEADS Board of Directors. Jeff joins a select group of Cheyenne community leaders and professionals committed to managing and governing Cheyenne LEADS in order to achieve its mission and goals.
Cheyenne LEADS, the Cheyenne-Laramie County Corporation for Economic Development, is a private, not-for-profit corporation serving as the economic development entity for the City of Cheyenne and Laramie County, Wyoming. LEADS serves as the community liaison between businesses and agencies within Cheyenne and Laramie County to advance undertakings needed during business development and prides itself in being the community link to assisting site selectors, businesses or individuals.
In his practice, Jeff represents mining, oil and gas, refining, pipeline, construction, government contracting, and other businesses before state courts, federal courts, and domestic and international arbitration panels. Jeff also assists companies in navigating the industrial siting process in Wyoming, guiding them through each step of the process of developing projects like wind farms and carbon capture facilities.
