Jason Crow and Greg Goldberg co-authored the article “The Art and Science of Corporate Internal Investigations,” published in the latest LawyerIssue magazine. The article offers “foundational considerations for companies conducting internal investigations,” recommendations for mitigating risk, and tips to help corporate counsel develop sound strategies.
Crow is an attorney in the firm’s White Collar Defense and Government Investigations practice. He assists companies and individuals in internal investigations and responding to federal and state agency investigations, grand jury investigations, and civil and criminal litigation. He advised clients on how to respond to investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice and a variety of federal, state, and local agencies.
Goldberg leads the firm’s White Collar Defense and Government Investigations practice group. He focuses his practice on government investigations and related complex criminal and commercial litigation. Goldberg represents corporate and individual clients in investigations by grand juries, U.S. Attorney's Offices, state attorneys general, the U.S. Department of Justice, and numerous other state and federal agencies, including the E.P.A., F.B.I., M.S.H.A., and D.O.I.
