Joshua brings a blend of regulatory enforcement, dispute resolution, and securities law experience to his litigation practice.
Joshua represents clients in commercial litigation matters across all phases of litigation. He enjoys working through complex, high-stakes challenges alongside his clients – whether developing creative strategies to address a difficult business dispute or finding practical solutions to day-to-day business challenges.
Joshua’s practice draws on his prior experience. At Paul Hastings LLP, he represented public companies in high-stakes business transactions and disputes, including securities and capital markets transactions and shareholder activism and takeover defense matters. At the Federal Election Commission, he negotiated settlement agreements on behalf of the Commission and advised on regulatory and compliance issues. His familiarity with high-stakes business matters and his regulatory background inform his approach to helping clients manage litigation and regulatory exposure across a range of business contexts.
Before joining Holland & Hart, Joshua spent nearly a decade working in various roles at the Federal Election Commission, primarily in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Office, where he developed significant experience in mediation and dispute resolution. He was previously an associate at Paul Hastings LLP in Washington, D.C.
