Jacqueline E. Davis Joins Holland & Hart's Santa Fe Office

SANTA FE (January 15, 2009) Holland & Hart is pleased to welcome Jacqueline Davis to the firm's Santa Fe office. Davis will be of counsel to the firm, practicing in its litigation department.  

Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Davis was senior counsel for the Department of Enforcement at FINRA, formerly NYSE Regulation, Inc., in New York. There she coordinated and managed virtually all stages of investigation into potential violations of federal securities laws and NYSE and NASD rules by member firms and their employees. 

Davis also held an adjunct professor position at Brooklyn Law School, where she instructed first-year students on legal research and writing and appellate advocacy.

Davis graduated with her J.D. from Harvard Law School, cum laude, and with her B.A. from Williams College, summa cum laude.
