J. Marcus Painter Chairs Holland & Hart's Real Estate Group

BOULDER (September 1, 2009) - Holland & Hart is pleased to announce Marc Painter of Holland & Hart’s Boulder office as the new chair of the firm's Real Estate practice group, which includes over 60 lawyers across the firm’s 15  offices. The firm's Real Estate group was recently named the top real estate practice in the Boulder region by Best Lawyers in America.

Painter’s more than 22 years of practice focus on commercial real estate development, mixed use projects, finance and work-outs, solar project development, sustainable/green issues, choice of entity matters, brokerage industry law and liquor license acquisition. He is a former chair of the Colorado Bar Association Real Estate Section.  

Holland & Hart's Real Estate group is involved in virtually all aspects of real estate transactions, including leasing and construction, development and entitlements, acquisition and sales, finance and workouts, sustainable/green and alternative energy, tax and securities, and litigation.
