Isaac effectively advises clients on litigation and administrative law in a variety of practice areas.

He handles matters that include insurance defense, medical malpractice defense, FELA defense, natural resources, and oil and gas.

Isaac specializes in condemnation and other land use and access matters for oil and gas companies.  His practice focuses on linear projects ranging from interstate transmission pipelines to local gathering systems.  Isaac has successfully negotiated numerous easements and surface use agreements for a variety of energy clients.  He has also acquired access rights through condemnation proceedings in both federal and state courts.

Emerging Technologies Advisor

Isaac is a founding member of the Wyoming Blockchain coalition; a group that seeks to promote the development of blockchain technology. In this role, Isaac assisted in drafting and passing first of its kind legislation to create new opportunities for emerging technology companies in Wyoming. Isaac advises blockchain, cryptocurrency, and other software developers on navigating Wyoming's new laws and growing their business around the world. Should those companies need a litigator, Isaac brings his many years of litigation experience to bear on their behalf.
