Ho focuses on the preparation and prosecution of domestic and international patent applications in the electrical and computer-related arts, across a variety of technical areas.

His patent experience includes work with wireless communications, electronics, computer software, database management, and mobile applications. He also analyzes and values patent portfolios for potential buyers in acquisition transactions.

Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Ho was a patent associate in the Seattle office of Perkins Coie. Before attending law school, he served as a Senior Systems Engineer for a major American defense contractor, where he was part of a team developing, testing, and integrating systems that utilize radar technology. With his industry experience developing patentable products, Ho appreciates the technical issues that clients may face.
