Dr. Mike Wilcox

Dr. Wilcox invented Aqueous Biomedical’s Oculieve™ device after 30 years of research. This drainage device is implanted in the outer layer of the eye to relieve overpressurization caused by glaucoma. Its objective is to provide the world’s safest, most effective, long-term solution to glaucoma. Dr. Wilcox is a world-renowned scientist with a B.S. in Psychology, M.S. in Biology, and Ph.D. in BioPhysics, all from Purdue University. He is responsible for coordinating FDA trials, obtaining FDA marketing approval, and overseeing future research and development.
