Holland & Hart Named 2014 “Law Firm of the Year” for Water Law by U.S. News – Best Lawyers® “Best Law Firms”
Holland & Hart LLP was named the 2014 “Law Firm of the Year” for Water Law by U.S. News – Best Lawyers® “Best Law Firms.” In addition, the firm was named a Tier 1 National “Best Law Firm” in four practice areas, including: Environmental Law, Litigation – Environmental, Oil & Gas Law and Technology Law. Holland & Hart also received 91 metropolitan first-tier rankings across its footprint in the Mountain West and Washington D.C.
The 2014 rankings are based on the highest number of participating firms and highest number of client ballots on record. Over 12,000 attorneys provided over 330,000 law firm assessments, and almost 7,000 clients provided close to 20,000 evaluations.

The U.S. News – Best Lawyers® “Best Law Firms” rankings are based on a rigorous evaluation process that includes the collection of client and lawyer evaluations, peer review from leading attorneys in their field and review of additional information provided by law firms as part of the formal submission process. To be eligible for a ranking, a law firm must have at least one lawyer who is included in the 19th Edition of The Best Lawyers in America® list for that particular location and specialty.
