The Legal Power List is a biennial report that recognizes legal professionals that exert the most influence on the wind industry globally and who make the largest contributions through the deals they work on, such as project finance, mergers and acquisitions, power purchase agreements, and more.
Rochelle is a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Project Development and Finance practices in Denver. She leverages her extensive experience representing wind, solar, storage, and other energy companies throughout the United States to counsel clients through mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and project development transactions.
