Holland & Hart's Michael S. Beaver Named "Denver Area Best Lawyers® Insurance Lawyer of the Year" for 2011

DENVER, CO (November 8, 2010) - Holland & Hart’s Michael S. Beaver has been recognized as the “Denver Area Best Lawyers® Insurance Lawyer of the Year” for 2011 by Best Lawyers, the oldest and most respected peer-review publication in the legal profession.

Mr. Beaver  represents a number of major life insurers, in disputes relating to employee benefits as well as life, disability, and annuity contracts.  He also defends personal injury and other lawsuits in the ski and recreation industries.  Mr. Beaver has appeared in and led the defense of cases throughout the United States.   For more than 20 years he has also been active in the leadership of the ABA's Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section.
