Holland & Hart attorney Matthew Harvey has recently been selected to serve as Chair of the Idaho State Bar Intellectual Property Law Section for the 2020-21 term. As chair, Matt will lead the other officers and governing council members to support the Section’s mission to promote the personal and professional development of lawyers engaged in intellectual property law through various initiatives.
As an electrical engineer and registered patent attorney, Matt focuses his practice on patent prosecution, patent analysis, and IP due diligence matters across electrical engineering and standards-essential technology. In addition to his prosecution practice, Matt has also represented clients in patent litigation matters, including matters involving standards-essential telecommunications patents.
