Holland & Hart's Lois Baar Named a Fellow in the College of Labor & Employment Lawyers

Lois Baar, a partner at Holland & Hart, has become the second attorney in Utah to be named a Fellow in the College of Labor & Employment Lawyers. Fellowship is limited to a select number of attorneys in this area of law and is extended only to those who meet specific criteria related to professional qualifications, ethical standards, service to clients, and scholarship. Election as a Fellow is the highest recognition by one's colleagues of sustained outstanding performance in the profession, exemplifying integrity, dedication and excellence.

Baar defends employment lawsuits, provides workforce training, advises employers on human resource and employment law issues, mediates and arbitrates employment law disputes, coaches management, and conducts employment investigations. She is a frequent speaker on avoiding employment claims and good management practices.

Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business has recognized Ms. Baar as a leading management employment lawyer since 2003.
