Holland & Hart's Jane Michaels Inducted Into The International Society of Barristers
DENVER, COLORADO June 2, 2004.... Holland & Hart LLP is pleased to announce that attorney Jane Michaels has been inducted into the prestigious International Society of Barristers.
The International Society of Barristers was formed 40 years ago "to honor the great advocates of this era in our legal profession." Ms. Michaels was one of only 29 trial lawyers in the United States to be inducted this year. Membership is solely by peer nomination and is limited to 600 worldwide. Member lawyers are from Australia, Canada, England, Ireland, Mexico, Scotland and the United States. Dedicated to excellence and integrity in advocacy, the International Society of Barristers and its members are committed to the highest ethical standards.

Jane Michaels specializes in intellectual property and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on telecommunications and computer industry cases. She has been a trial lawyer for more than 20 years and has won numerous complex business cases, including contract, patent, trademark, trade secrets, copyright, and technology disputes. She is also a Fellow of The American College of Trial Lawyers.
Ms. Michaels is a certified arbitrator and mediator. She has handled dozens of arbitrations and mediations, both as an advocate and as the arbitrator or mediator. She holds a J.D (cum laude) from Boston University, an M.A.T. (with Honors) from Harvard University and a B.A. (with Distinction) from Wellesley College.
