Holland & Hart Welcomes Shonu Verma McEchron to its Cheyenne Office

CHEYENNE (April 7, 2009) Holland & Hart is pleased to announce that Shonu Verma McEchron will be of counsel to the firm's Cheyenne office in its business department. 

Prior to joining Holland & Hart, McEchron was an associate in the business department in Saul Ewing’s Harrisburg, Pa. office. Her areas of practice include state and federal government contracting, construction, life sciences, commercial & financial transactions and insurance. McEchron counsels corporate and individual clients in several aspects of business, with a concentration in contractual and organizational matters. She has experience in drafting agreements for corporate, government, educational, health, construction, technology, and telecommunications clients. She also assists in dispute resolution in the private and public sectors and in performing due diligence for asset-purchase deals and patents. At Saul Ewing, McEchron was an active member of the firm's diversity committee. She was a judicial clerk for the Honorable John F. Cherry in Harrisburg and served as a legal intern for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Office of General Counsel.

McEchron received her J.D. from Penn State University, The Dickinson School of Law and her B.S. from the University of Iowa, with honors. 

McEchron is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, but not yet licensed to practice law in the state of Wyoming.
