Holland & Hart Welcomes Richard Jackson and Ginger Utley to its Salt Lake City Office

SALT LAKE CITY (October 1, 2009) - Holland & Hart LLP is pleased to announce that attorneys Richard Jackson and Ginger Utley have joined the firm's Salt Lake City office as associates in the Litigation Department.  Jackson will focus his practice on intellectual property and complex patent litigation, while Utley will work with the  Commercial  Litigation group.

Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Jackson was with Kirkland & Ellis LLP of Los Angeles where he worked on intellectual property matters in federal court, before private arbitration panels, and before the International Trade Commission.  Utley was formerly with Jones Waldo and Kirton & McConkie PC.  She also served as a clerk for Justice Matthew B. Durrant of the Utah Supreme Court.

Jackson received his J.D. from UCLA and his B.S. from Brigham Young University.  Utley received her J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and both her M.S. degree and her B.S. from Utah State University.
