Holland & Hart is pleased to welcome Davis County resident, Nathan Runyan, as an Associate in the firm's Salt Lake City office.
Runyan's practice encompasses construction, real estate, and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on mechanic's liens and construction contracts. He represents clients in virtually all aspects of dispute resolution, including practicing before State and Federal Courts, mediations, and arbitrations. Runyan also prosecutes and defends mechanic's liens and bond claims for banks, owners, general contractors, and subcontractors. Prior to law school, he worked as an income tax auditor for the Utah State Tax Commission.
Runyan holds a J.D. from Brigham Young University's J. Reuben Clark Law School and a B.S. from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University.
