Holland & Hart Welcomes Michael R. Henson to its Denver Office
DENVER (September 15, 2008) - Holland & Hart is pleased to announce that Michael Henson has joined the firm's Denver office as a new partner in the patents practice.
Henson comes to Holland & Hart from his own practice which he started in late 2007 after many years at Martin & Henson, PC. He brings 13 years of intellectual property prosecution and litigation experience in a wide range of technologies. His particular experience in patent matters includes application drafting and prosecution (domestic & foreign), appeals before the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences (BPAI) and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC), interference proceedings, and post-issuance proceedings. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Henson worked as a co-op engineer in the steel industry. He later worked for the Central Intelligence Agency, while obtaining his degree in electrical engineering.
Henson earned his J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law and his B.S. from Northwestern University.
