Holland & Hart Welcomes Mher Hartoonian to the Firm’s Intellectual Property Practice

Holland & Hart LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Mher Hartoonian to the firm’s Intellectual Property practice. Hartoonian is based in Holland & Hart’s Denver office.

With a background in biomedical and electrical engineering, Hartoonian’s intellectual property experience includes both prosecution and litigation. His practice spans patents, trademarks, copyrights, and licensing, as well as domain name complaints pursuant to ICANN's dispute resolution policy.

A significant portion of Hartoonian's practice is devoted to intellectual property litigation. In that regard, he has provided counsel to clients in a variety of industries, including global pharmaceutical companies, printing systems manufacturers, consumer food groups, technology companies, and more.

A member of the Colorado Bar Association, Intellectual Property Section, Hartoonian is currently licensed to practice in New York and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office only.

He holds a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering with an Electrical Engineering concentration from The Johns Hopkins University.
