Holland & Hart Welcomes Leah K. Martinsson

DENVER (November 24, 2008) - Holland & Hart is pleased to announce that Leah Martinsson has returned to the firm's Denver office as of counsel.  

Martinsson is a member of Holland & Hart’s natural resources department, focusing primarily on water rights.  She advises municipal, developer, ski-area, and individual clients in water court litigation and related administrative proceedings, including water right adjudications, changes, and complex plans for augmentation. Martinsson was an associate at Holland & Hart from 2001-2006. She returned to Holland & Hart after practicing water law at a boutique real estate law firm in Boulder, Colo. for two years. 

Martinsson received her J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law, Order of the Coif.
