Holland & Hart Welcomes Giji John and Scott Brairton

Denver (February 4, 2008) -  Holland & Hart LLP is pleased to announce that Giji John and Scott Brairton have joined the firm's Denver office.

John concentrates his practice in the project development and finance of infrastructure projects, with a particular emphasis on renewable energy. His experience includes corporate financing, project financing, and equity investments related to domestic and foreign infrastructure projects. John earned his J.D. (2001) from University of Michigan and his B.A. (1996) from Northwestern University.  

Brairton concentrates his practice on patent prosecution. His experience includes preparing and prosecuting U.S. patent applications covering technologies such as chemical processes and chemical processing apparatuses, semiconductors, nanotechnology, and medical devices. He has also prepared patentability opinions and performed infringement analyses.  Brairton earned his J.D. (2005) from American University and his B.S. (2001) from University of Virginia.

Note: John and Brairton are not yet licensed to practice in Colorado.
