DENVER (April 18, 2023)—Holland & Hart announced that experienced litigator Matt Salzman has joined the firm as a partner, deepening the firm’s bench in royalty, oil and gas, and environmental litigation.
Matt is a trusted advisor to exploration and production, midstream, pipeline, and refining companies on a range of large and small disputes that can disrupt operations or the bottom line. Known for his industry-savvy counsel, Matt helps clients evaluate risks, costs, and operational impacts of litigation to develop efficient solutions that meet their business objectives.
He has decades of experience protecting the financial interests of producers and working interest owners in royalty litigation across the country. He also handles environmental litigation for clients in many industries involving spills, surface damage, contamination, nuisance claims, and class actions.
