JACKSON, Wyo. (January 8, 2024)—Holland & Hart announced that experienced corporate lawyer Hallee Moore has joined the firm as a partner, deepening the firm’s bench in complex domestic and international transactions.
Hallee thrives in complexity, advising private equity sponsors, growth equity and venture capital investors, and other public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, financings, and other strategic corporate transactions.
