Holland & Hart Welcomes Briar K. Stahl

LAS VEGAS (October 9, 2008) - Holland & Hart is pleased to announce that Briar Stahl has joined the firm's Las Vegas office as an associate. Stahl will practice in the firm's Private Client group. 

Stahl joins Holland & Hart after two years with Oshins & Associates, LLC where she was responsible for counseling high net worth clients (ranging from $4-5 million estates to billionaire estates, with an average estate worth $20-30 million) in estate, gift and generation skipping transfer tax, business succession and asset protection planning. She administered succession planning for closely-held business owners, partnerships and other business entities, drafting cross purchase agreements, redemption agreements and various other business succession planning documents and charitable planning. 

Stahl received her J.D. from the Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law and her B.A. from Messiah College, magna cum laude.
