Holland & Hart Welcomes Benjamin G. Hadary

LAS VEGAS (October 9, 2008) - Holland & Hart is pleased to announce that Benjamin Hadary will be of counsel in the firm's Las Vegas business department. 

Hadary is a transactional and securities lawyer practicing in Holland & Hart’s Las Vegas office. He has represented numerous privately-held and publicly traded companies and investors in the technology and energy industries in general corporate, securities and merger and acquisition matters. Before joining Holland & Hart, Hadary was a partner in the corporate group of Bartlit Beck Herman Palenchar and Scott LLP in Denver and an associate in the corporate group of Fenwick & West LLP in San Francisco. 

Hadary received his J.D. from Stanford Law School and his B.S. from the Pennsylvania State University. Hadary is a returned Peace Corps volunteer (The Gambia, West Africa, '94 -96), and he also spent two years in Costa Rica as part-owner of a shopping center development company with primary responsibility for all governmental and utility permits, bank financing and legal and contractual matters.
