Holland & Hart represented True Anomaly, the company revolutionizing space security, stability, and sustainability, in its $17M Series A financing led by Eclipse, a leading US venture capital firm, in partnership with Riot Ventures, Champion Hill Ventures, Space.VC, and Narya. True Anomaly has come out of stealth mode and raised $30M in funding to date.
With this most recent round of funding, True Anomaly will validate the technical abilities and operational capabilities of the Jackal Autonomous Orbital Vehicle, its first spacecraft, and make the necessary investments to scale production later this year.
