Holland & Hart represented The XCJ Corp. (dba MìLà), an online direct to consumer Chinese Street Food company, in its $23M Series A financing round. This round was led by investors Stripes and Imaginary Ventures and included additional investors. With this funding round, The XCJ Corp., an Asian American owned and led business, will continue to focus on high-quality products and customer experience, lean into cultural experiences and education, and explore paths to increase accessibility.
Holland & Hart additionally represented The XCJ Corp. in its $10M Series Seed financing round, which closed in January 2022.
