Holland & Hart represented Sovos Compliance, LLC (Sovos), a global compliance technology solutions and services provider, in its acquisition of Aatrix Software, a North Dakota-based leading provider of payroll tax forms software. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
With this acquisition, Sovos extends its leadership in compliance with enhanced payroll-related accounting, reporting, and e-filing capabilities across multiple forms, increasing its local, state, and federal coverage. The acquisition brings together two companies with significant experience and expertise in helping small and medium-sized businesses navigate the complexity of tax and regulatory compliance.
