Holland & Hart represented Signal Peak Ventures, a Salt Lake City based venture capital firm investing in early-stage technology companies across the United States, as lead investor in a $13.7 million Series A financing round of Tiled, an interactive content platform to create engaging experiences easily. The round included participation from Seismic, Adobe, and University Growth Fund, as well as existing investors.
With the new financing, Tiled will ramp up hiring across all areas of the company and invest in sales and marketing, channel partnerships, and product improvements. Tiled also plans to update its platform to focus on new functionality and integrations to enhance how it meets innovative storytellers, of any business function, wherever they may be located.
