Following its recent acquisition by private equity firm KKR, Optiv Security, a market-leading provider of end-to-end cyber security solutions, will enhance its regional sales and services delivery capabilities in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and New York with its acquisition of Comm Solutions. As a premier regional provider of enterprise-level security and networking technology, services, and solutions, the acquisition of Comm Solutions will allow Optiv’s northeastern clients to access more local resources and capabilities, a broader team of seasoned security experts, and relationships with industry-leading technology manufacturers. The terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.
Led by partner Chris Balch, James Crowe (of counsel), and Paige Coriden (associate), the Holland & Hart deal team worked closely with William Croutch, Optiv’s SVP & General Counsel, on the fourth acquisition on which Holland & Hart has assisted Optiv during the past year.
