Holland & Hart Represents Optiv Security in its Fourth Acquisition in a Year – An Acquisition that Enhances Optiv's Northeast Presence

Following its recent acquisition by private equity firm KKR, Optiv Security, a market-leading provider of end-to-end cyber security solutions, will enhance its regional sales and services delivery capabilities in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and New York with its acquisition of Comm Solutions.  As a premier regional provider of enterprise-level security and networking technology, services, and solutions, the acquisition of Comm Solutions will allow Optiv’s northeastern clients to access more local resources and capabilities, a broader team of seasoned security experts, and relationships with industry-leading technology manufacturers.  The terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.

Led by partner Chris Balch, James Crowe (of counsel), and Paige Coriden (associate), the Holland & Hart deal team worked closely with William Croutch, Optiv’s SVP & General Counsel, on the fourth acquisition on which Holland & Hart has assisted Optiv during the past year. The Holland & Hart transactional team included subject matter expertise and support from Lindsay Silber, Peter Perla, John Ludlum, Mark Wiletsky, Elizabeth Mitchell, Craig Willis, Mark Langer, Trent Timmons, Tim Mohan, and Nate Davis, among others, who provided significant client service, strategic leadership, dedication, and talent.
