Holland & Hart represented Optiv Security, a market-leading provider of end-to-end cyber security solutions, in its recent acquisition of Conexsys, a Toronto-based security and networking solutions provider. The transaction allows Optiv to serve private and public entities in Canada with more local resources, particularly in government markets.
By aligning the right technology and process to business needs, together Optiv and Conexsys can help Canadian organizations evaluate their infrastructures and operations to optimize security investments that minimize costs and maximize protection. The terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.
Led by Denver partner Chris Balch, the Holland & Hart team served as legal advisors with Toronto-based WierFoulds LLP, in close consultation with William Croutch, Optiv’s SVP & General Counsel. The Holland & Hart transactional team included James Crowe, Peter Perla, Lindsay Silber, Lizbeth Rodriguez-Johnson, Paige Coriden, among others.
