Holland & Hart LLP represented MarketPay Associates, LLC in its sale to PayScale, Inc., a Warburg Pincus portfolio company and the leader in modern compensation software solutions. Holland & Hart’s transactional team was led by Denver partner Chris Balch, and included Nick Venetz, James Crowe, Peter Perla, Lindsay Silber, Sarah Ritchey, John Ludlum, Michael Robertson, Tim Mohan, Dillon Peters, and Mark Wiletsky.
