Holland & Hart Represents Infomedia in its Acquisition of SimplePart

Holland & Hart represented Infomedia Ltd, and its wholly owned subsidiary IFM Americas Inc., in its $45 million acquisition of SimplePart, LLC. Infomedia is an Australian-based SaaS platform provider of parts, service, and data insights solutions to the global automotive industry.
