Holland & Hart Represents GameStop in Acquisition of 507 AT&T Wireless Stores

Holland & Hart represented GameStop Corp., a family of specialty retail brands that makes popular technologies, in its recent acquisition of three national AT&T authorized retailers, adding 507 stores to its Technology Brands business. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 

The deal makes GameStop AT&T’s largest authorized retailer, now operating more than 1,400 stores nationwide. 

Holland & Hart’s deal team was led by Salt Lake City partner Marc Porter and Boise partner Alison Johnson. The team also included Becky Held and Kristy Strohm, among others.
