Holland & Hart Represents Clearway Energy Group on EPC Agreements for 452 MW Solar Complex

Holland & Hart represented Clearway Energy Group (Clearway), a leading integrated clean energy company with the 5th largest renewable operating fleet in the US, in the negotiation of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPCs) agreements for its recently completed 452 MW Texas Solar Nova complex in Kent County, Texas.

Clearway’s Texas Solar Nova complex was constructed in two phases and will generate enough electricity to power over 190,000 homes each year. Clearway’s Texas Solar Nova offtake agreements will support Verizon and multiple REC buyers.
