Holland & Hart Represents Bow River Capital Software Growth Equity Fund in Majority Recapitalization

Holland & Hart represented Bow River Capital 2019 Software Growth Equity Fund (“Bow River”) in connection with its completed majority recapitalization of Altvia Solutions, LLC (“Altvia”), a market-leading provider for CRM, investor, and deal management systems specifically built for private capital market firms. The Altvia platform more efficiently and cost-effectively manages the GP and LP experience, compliance requirements, and reporting. Bow River’s growth capital investment will enable Altvia to accelerate growth, rapidly deliver on innovations within its product suite, and scale across every dimension.

Its 2019 Software Growth Equity Fund was established to provide first institutional capital and closely partner with management teams to drive transformational market positioning and growth in two core industry verticals: SaaS and technology-enabled business information services.

Holland & Hart’s transaction team was led by Denver-based partners Chris Balch and James Crowe and associate Paige Coriden, with assistance from Lindsay Silber, Peter Perla, John Ludlum, Trent Timmons, and Kenyon Redfoot.
