The Altvia platform more efficiently and cost-effectively manages the GP and LP experience, compliance requirements, and reporting. Bow River’s growth capital investment will enable Altvia to accelerate growth, rapidly deliver on innovations within its product suite, and scale across every dimension.
Bow River Capital is a private alternative asset management company based in Denver, CO. Its 2019 Software Growth Equity Fund was established to provide first institutional capital and closely partner with management teams to drive transformational market positioning and growth in two core industry verticals: SaaS and technology-enabled business information services.
