Holland & Hart Recognized for High-Quality Patent Scores at the USPTO by Patent Bots

Holland & Hart is pleased to announce it has been recognized as a top-ranking firm in the 2020 Patent Bots Quality Scores report. The report is a listing of law firms with at least 50 issued patents for the year ending March 31, 2020.

During the reporting year, Holland & Hart ranked 5th out of 284 firms in the Patent Bots Quality Scores for USPTO Tech Center 2800 (Semiconductors/Memory, Circuits/Measuring and Testing, Optics/Photocopying, Printing/Measuring and Testing), with an average score of 96.98 across 164 issued patents. The firm also ranked 7th out of 163 firms in the Patent Bots Quality Scores for USPTO Tech Center 2400 (Networking, Multiplexing, Cable, and Security), with an average score of 94.88 out of 278 issued patents.

Scores are calculated using an automated patent proofreading process that counts the number of errors in each issued patent downloaded from the USPTO for the year. Although the precise error counts in any individual patent may not be accurate, the average number of errors across all of a firm's patents is an excellent indicator of the quality of a firm's work.
