The Top Performer recognizes those organizations in the top 20 percent for participation in LCLD programs and activities. The Compass Award recognizes individuals and organizations that fulfill all of the following in a single calendar year: Managing Partner/General Counsel engagement with LCLD, nominating both a Fellow and Pathfinder, and participating in at least one pipeline program (1L Scholars or the Success in Law School Mentoring Program).
