Holland & Hart Ranks Seventh in the 2019 Am Law 200 A-List for Female Equity Partner Scorecard

Holland & Hart is pleased to announce that the firm was ranked seventh in the Am Law 200 A-List: Female Equity Partner Scorecard by The American Lawyer. The A-List: Female Equity Partner Scorecard calculations are produced from the annual Am Law 200 report rankings, based on the portion of a firm’s equity partnership that is composed of women.

Holland & Hart has been on the forefront of women's issues for many years, promoting women to partnership and leadership roles and implementing work-life balance policies and practices long before they were commonplace. The firm continues to be steadfast in its commitment to female lawyers, not only in policies, but in the firm culture and day-to-day practice. Holland & Hart supports the success and advancement of women attorneys by providing robust training, mentoring, leadership, and business development opportunities.

Earlier this year, Holland & Hart was also named a 2019 “Best Law Firm for Women” by Working Mother, a list of 60 U.S. law firms recognized for their policies and practices that promote, retain, and advance women and implement work-life balance initiatives. The firm also received U.S. Gold Standard Certification from the Women in Law Empowerment Forum (WILEF) for the ninth consecutive year – one of only 11 firms to receive this recognition every year since WILEF began the award in 2011. Holland & Hart was also recently included on Law360’s Glass Ceiling Report, recognized as one of the best law firms for female partners on Law360’s “ceiling smashers” list of equity partnerships with the highest representation of women.
