Holland & Hart Ranks as 2021 Top Patent Firm by Juristat

Holland & Hart is pleased to announce it has been as named for the third year in a row among the Top Patent Firms in the U.S. by Juristat. This year, the firm was ranked second among firms practicing within the USPTO’s Technology Center 2800 (semiconductors, electrical and optical systems and components) and eleventh in Technology Center 2400 (computer networks, multiplex, cable and cryptography/security).

Juristat’s “2021 Top Patent Firm” rankings are based on both volume and performance in each technology center, considering how well a firm performed in three key metrics over a 12-month period. These metrics are: number of applications filed, allowance rate, and average number of office actions before allowance.

To qualify for inclusion, a firm must have filed a minimum of 100 applications in the technology center during the time period to ensure the firm has extensive experience in that technology center and provides an appropriate-sized dataset the evaluate performance metrics.
