Holland & Hart Partner Scott Havlick Named Top Trademark Lawyer

BOULDER (December 4, 2008) - The International Who's Who of Trademark Lawyers selected Holland & Hart Partner Scott Havlick for inclusion in its 2009 list. Havlick has been recognized by this publication for the past three years and is the only trademark attorney included from the Mountain West states of Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming.

Havlick has focused on non-patent intellectual property law at Holland & Hart since 1986. He co-chairs the firm's Intellectual Property Group and heads the firm's Trademark Practice. From the firm's Boulder office, he concentrates on virtually all aspects of foreign and domestic trademark and domain name matters. In addition to being ranked as a leading intellectual property attorney in The International Who's Who of Trademark Lawyers in 2007, 2008, and 2009, Havlick has been recognized by Chambers USA and Best Lawyers in America. He has also been awarded the top AV Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
