COLORADO SPRINGS (September 27, 2006) - William W. Maywhort, a Partner in Holland & Hart's Denver Tech Center office, will join the Firm's Colorado Springs office on the first of October.

Mr. Maywhort will join the office's ten attorneys as the leading trial lawyer and will continue his substantial litigation practice there. "I'm eager to work with the talented attorneys and staff of the Springs office while continuing my litigation practice with the support and resources provided from all of the Firm's 13 offices," said Mr. Maywhort.

Mr. Maywhort's ties to Colorado Springs date back to his education at the U.S. Air Force Academy, where he earned his bachelor's degree.
