This first-of-its-kind report is based on a large-scale independent survey with more than 4,000 associates at Am Law 200, global, mid-size, and smaller law firms to uncover the drivers behind associate retention and job satisfaction.
Women associates name Holland & Hart “Distinguished” in activities associates value most in deriving high levels of job satisfaction at law firms. As a result, the firm’s associate satisfaction earns it a coveted place in the BTI Associate Satisfaction A-Listers 2022.
