Holland & Hart is proud to announce, that for the eighth time it has been named one of the “Best Law Firms for Women” by Working Mother. This year’s list recognized 60 U.S. law firms for their policies and practices that promote, retain, and advance women and implement work-life balance initiatives. These firms also increasingly offer extended parental-leave benefits and encourage more lawyers to work remotely and use flexible hours.
For the second year, Working Mother collaborated with the ABA Journal as a knowledge partner. The full list of the 2018 Working Mother Best Law Firms for Women, available here, highlights law firms where on average almost half of associates and more than a third of partners are women, while one-fifth of equity partners are women. At Holland & Hart, 28% of equity partners and 27% of non-equity partners are female. In 2017, 47% of the firm’s newly hired lawyers were women.
Earlier this year, Holland & Hart also achieved Gold Standard Certification from the Women in Law Empowerment Forum (WILEF) for the eighth year in a row, being one of only 11 firms to receive this recognition every year since WILEF began the award in 2011.
