Brand Elite 2018 is based on more than 686 in-depth interviews with GCs and top legal decision makers at the world’s largest organizations with an average revenue of $12.9 billion. The interviews ask clients which law firms they associate with nine distinct characteristics that drive the selection, consideration, and hire of new law firms, including client experience, innovation, and “premium worthy” attributes.
