Holland & Hart Named A Top Place To Work

DENVER (November 28, 2006) - Holland & Hart was ranked among the best places to work by the Denver Business Journal.

At an award breakfast earlier this month, the publication announced the top 10 companies in three categories: small companies (less than 50 employees), medium companies (51 - 150 employees), and large companies (more than 150 employees). Holland & Hart was the only law firm ranked in the large company category.

The publication scored each company based on an employee survey measuring attributes known to drive employee engagement. The survey questions were broken down into 10 categories, including team effectiveness, retention risk, alignment with goals, trust with co-workers, individual contribution, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, work engagement, and people practices. Each answer was then scored depending on the response. The overall responses were averaged to give the company a total score, which determined the rankings.
